Respect & Participation

Respect

Positive Engagement with our Indigenous communities, participants, elders, and Band councils is the first and most valuable step in an effective consultation process. Community traditional-use knowledge is an essential component in contributing to our understanding of Aboriginal life-ways.

Participation

Local communities are always invited to partner on every project. Their insight and advice are instrumental to the success and growth of our company and is the basis of our integrity and reputation.

Repatriation

It is our guiding principle to teach and educate and no assessment is considered complete until the community has been debriefed, repatriated with cultural artifacts, and properly informed of our research, results, and analysis.
